Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's rooms were cramped and small compared to cheaper options, and there was a mix-up with room assignments. The room temperature control below 72 degrees was uncomfortable. On a positive note, the staff was quick to provide assistance and dropped the room rate significantly below Sheraton standards. The location was a bit isolated and lacked the promised shuttle service level but was still amazing. Dining options were pricey, leading to guests opting for cheaper alternatives elsewhere.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms, though clean and spacious, were lacking in views and inconveniently located far from the elevators. On the upside, the service was excellent, with a friendly touch and attentive staff. The location, while peaceful and close to popular attractions, fell short in terms of parking charges. The dining options were overpriced, but the facilities overall were satisfactory.
Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready at check-in, but after a two-hour wait, it was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The distance from the elevators was a bit inconvenient, as we had to walk to the opposite end of the floor to reach it. Overall, the experience was what I would expect from a Sheraton.
